A Technology Access Program (TAP) of the
Cumberland County Kentucky PC Refurbishing Program
pcOxygen sponsors a computer technology Community
Outreach Program in Cumberland County. Our Program's goal is to provide qualified community residents, who normally can't afford to access
computer technology, with refurbished computers at little or no cost.
pcOxygen Computer Repair is a Community Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher.
Program Mission:
Provide refurbished PC's to students, families, or individuals for home use, for those people who traditionally lack access to computer technology.
Program Recipients:
Residents of Cumberland County who are:
- Disabled
(providing proof of receiving Social Security Disability benefits (SSDI) or other government documentation), or - Low Income
(providing proof of receiving State benefits - welfare and/or food stamp programs).
Cost:
To qualified Recipients, we provide refurbished PC's at no or little cost. Cost, if any, is dependent upon our cost of obtaining and distributing
materials. For example: the cost of a PC hardware component required to repair a donated computer; or the cost of installation and testing the
Microsoft Windows operating system. Note that pcOxygen provides Community Outreach Program refurbished PC's to qualified recipients without profit
to our primary business function.

To donate a computer:
Donating is made simple. Simply drop off your computer equipment and pick up your receipt. pcOxygen will also pick up your computer equipment -
schedule an appointment by calling us. If you're mailing your computer equipment to us, please call us for instructions.
Confidentiality:
Please note that pcOxygen does NOT reveal the identity of either donors or recipients. Your donor information will remain confidential, as well
as personal recipient information. Donors who request reports of Recipient information will be provided with non-personally identifyable Recipient
information.
